 “I joined Liliana for a one week yoga retreat in Ibiza. She exudes energy and enthusiasm which is totally contagious.

She is able to put people at ease and relax them, creating a space in which they can explore and improve their individual practice. 

Liliana brings together both a practical knowledge of yoga and a spiritual energy in her teaching. She is able to motivate people and encourage you to reach and achieve that little bit more, with the required discipline served up with a dash of humour and a lot of understanding. 

We practiced for three hours each morning and although this may seem quite daunting, the time was balanced and measured.

The first period of the class had a focus on breathing and preparation for  flow work and asanas, moving from standing postures to floor work, and leaving time for relaxation and meditation later. Liliana moves around the class giving individual attention and corrections and is fun to work with.

There was variation in each class and modifications depending on abilities. Liliana's own practice is graceful and inspiring but never egoic.

Liliana has her own unique style and  her love of yoga is evident. She does not always stick rigidly to a class plan, preferring to keep the structure loose enough to let it evolve and spend time exploring different areas.

She will incorporate elements of pilates and focused core work to supplement the yoga.
